As many of my friends know, I am an avid Linux user, having made the switch from Windows about 8 months ago. Being that I am a graphic designer, many of my colleagues have scoffed at my new choice of operating system, citing the fact that Adobe doesn’t support the Linux platform for their industry-leading graphics software, Adobe Creative Suite. Well, read on my friends and I will share with you some insight as to why Linux is cool, and why I am proud to be a Linux user.
